We have a 48 hour cancellation policy.  If you cancel outside of 48 hours from your tour time, you will be refunded or receive a voucher for the amount you paid. If Wildwood cancels because of weather you can reschedule or a rain check will be given for the tour that can be used in future. If you cancel within 48 hours of your tour time there are no refunds or vouchers.  Late arrivals will not be refunded or issued vouchers and will not be able to join the group.  Those not meeting the weight requirements or do not have close toed shoes will not be refunded or receive a voucher. No refund will be given if you show up with less people than you booked for and we can't guarantee we can fit more people into your group if you show up with more people than you book for. No refunds will be given for gift certificates purchases. Space is limited and guests are being turned away for your tour, as well as expenses have already been incurred in preparation for your tour.
